What is reportage photography? This is a style of photography which captures events as they happen, without posing. It is not exactly the same as documentary photography. Reportage photography is more creative; it aims to tell a story. If your wedding or event is photographed in this style you can expect a multitude of images showing the emotions of the day, the relationships between people, happy moments, and reflective moments. The images together will tell the story of the day and allow viewers to be drawn into the emotions of the day. Generally, I do not do classical portraiture, though, of course I am always happy to shoot some informal couple shots of the Bride and Groom, and informally posed groups.
